Yeovil Rooms For Rent

We have quality Yeovil rooms for rent. Why pay £40 per night for a bed and breakfast, when you can pay £85 per week inclusive of all bills and a communal cleaner?

All our properties have a fully equipped kitchen and communal lounge and dining area so they are far nicer than the bedsits I have seen in offer in town. All properties are decorated in neutral colours. No horrible patterned wallpaper in sight!

All properties are fully furnished, double glazed and have gas central heating. We are on hand 24/7 for when you lock yourself out as all rooms have a lock on them and an aerial point (we would like to point out we pay for the tv in the lounge, but if you get one in a locked room you would need your own television license.

Most properties have parking and a garden.

All we ask is that you are a working professional (sorry no DSS), do not smoke in the property (cigarette bins are provided so you can smoke outside), you do not keep pets and there is only one person per room.

You also need to speak English. The reason for this being we have had people in the past who speak English fine as a second language until you ask why they haven't paid the rent - then miraculously they cannot understand you! We welcome Polish and other nationalities as well as English tenants!

As members of the National Landlords' Association we will undertake reference checks on you, supply you with an AST and insure your deposit (4 weeks rent).

Rent is payable weekly or monthly in advance.

I have been a housemate myself and I aim to make your stay with us 100 times better than I have personally experienced. I would happily stay in any of the properties myself.
